Highlights
An AI/ML dashboard that shifted traditional reporting to personalized, actionable insights
The organization was shipping data reports without clear strategy or customer input. While the reports provided valuable historical snapshots, customers were responsible for reading and interpreting an overwhelming amount of information.
I partnered with leadership and data SME's to conduct 22 interviews within a 2 week timeframe to understand business goals, core customer segments, and user needs. I developed a fully functioning, adaptive dashboard prototype, utilizing AI and ML to synthesize trends, predict outcomes, and tailor recommendations.
Secured multi-year contract extension with client

Built a scalable framework for strategic product design & CX methodology

Retrospective
Transforming the product design and development process through an org-wide adoption of CX
The project provided the organization with direct access to customer insights that they previously did not have, replaced assumption-driven decision making with data-backed recommendations, and enabled org-wide alignment around CX priorities.
As a result, organization leadership fully bought into design thinking and CX. Following the project, the organization established the first high-performing product team and used the dashboard framework to scale consistent, customer-centered delivery across all new products.
